Maryland Office of Homeless Services Awards $1.5M to Support Unhoused Youth in Baltimore

In March 2024, it was announced that Springboard Community Services (SCS) and Point Source Youth (PSY) will be awarded a total of $1.5 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. These funds will be used to support housing stability for youth aged 18 – 24 in Baltimore City.
