Mark will be talking to Maryland State Delegate Mary Washington, who has championed of Youth REACH MD in the state legislature; Ryan Shannahan, Youth REACH MD Project Manager; and Sergio Hopkins, a 26-year-old homeless youth advocate and peer intern at YES (Youth Empowerment Services) who has been involved for years with the Rose Street Community Center in East Baltimore.
